About the Tour
Travel along the legendary RN7, the most famous road in Madagascar, from the heart of the highlands to the turquoise waters of the Mozambique Channel. Handicrafts in Antsirabe and Ambositra, lemurs of Ranomafana, baobab forest of Ifaty, trekking in Isalo and seaside stay in Anakao. A perfect itinerary to discover the best of the Malagasy South.

Travel Itinerary
Departure Country - Antananarivo - Antsirabe. Arrival in Tana, brief meeting and immediate departure along the RN7 South, arrival in Antsirabe.
Antsirabe - Ranomafana. Visit to zebu horn and semi-precious stone workshops, stop in Ambositra (handicrafts), arrival in Ranomafana.
Ranomafana - Ambalavao. Guided tour of Ranomafana National Park (4 hours, unique biodiversity), stop in Fianarantsoa, arrival in Ambalavao.
Ambalavao - Ranohira (Isalo). Silk and Antaimoro paper workshop, ANJA Reserve with Maki lemurs, crossing the Horombe, arrival in Isalo.
Isalo National Park. 7-8 hours trekking with English speaking guide: Bara tombs, Natural Pool, lemurs in Namazaha, Blue and Black Pools.
Ranohira - Ifaty. Through Isalo, Ilakaka (sapphire village), majestic baobabs, lunch stop and arrival in Ifaty with visit to the baobab forest.
Ifaty - Anakao. Embarkation at the pier, 40 minutes navigation to the magnificent Anakao on the turquoise sea.
Anakao. Seaside stay with snorkeling, optional excursions and total relaxation.
Anakao - Tana. Transfer by boat/car to Tulear airport, flight to Tana. End of service.

Accommodation & Hotels
Each hotel has private toilets and hot water. All selected hotels are from the medium category (equivalent to 2-3 stars with standard comfort). Accommodation is based on a room or bungalow for 2 or 3 people.
Important Notes & Contract
- I speak Italian and French; English-speaking driver/guide included in the trip.
- A small deposit will be required to confirm the trip and secure hotel reservations.
- A travel contract will be signed upon your arrival specifying all stages, included services and payment terms.
