Explore the East coast of Madagascar: from the tropical forest of Andasibe with its magnificent INDRI INDRI lemurs, to navigating the Pangalanes canal among swamp forests, to the turquoise waters of Sainte Marie — a paradise island in the Mozambique channel. Travel Itinerary
Departure Country - Madagascar. Arrival in Tana, transfer and accommodation at Hotel Chalet de Rose or Sakamanga.
Tana - Andasibe. Visit to Pereiras reserve (chameleons and reptiles) along the RN2, lunch in Moramanga, arrival in Andasibe and visit to Vakona reserve.
Andasibe - Akany Nofy. Morning visit to Andasibe National Park (INDRI INDRI lemurs, 4 hours), night excursion for insects. Departure to Palmarium by boat.
Akany Nofy - Tamatave. Visit to the private Palmarium reserve in the tropical forest, 3 hours navigation on the Pangalanes canal to Tamatave.
Tamatave - Sainte Marie. Embarkation at the pier for 3 hours of navigation to Sainte Marie island.
Sainte Marie. Stay on the paradise island with possibilities of snorkeling, whale watching (seasonal) and excursions.
Sainte Marie - Antananarivo. Local flight Sainte Marie - Tana, accommodation Hotel Chalet de Rose.
Antananarivo - Airport. Breakfast and airport transfer.

Accommodation & Hotels
Each hotel has private toilets and hot water. All selected hotels are from the medium category (equivalent to 2-3 stars with standard comfort). Accommodation is based on a room or bungalow for 2 or 3 people.
Important Notes & Contract
- I speak Italian and French; English-speaking driver/guide included in the trip.
- A small deposit will be required to confirm the trip and secure hotel reservations.
- A travel contract will be signed upon your arrival specifying all stages, included services and payment terms.
